A TamBrahm Boy is a Tamil Brahmin Boy; that is what I am. This album is in its essence, an assimilation of songs that were inspired by the millennium and the protocol of my sister’s marriage. Work started on it in November 1999 with hopes of a release by 2K, but that didn’t quite happen. School did its job at keeping work at a crawl. Well, its finally done!

We had a pleasant time, short-lived as a day, bright and burning, as dusk approached, I could feel the energy deplete, the tint was blurred into unseen, I was immaterial, the axes had no origin. As I look back at that day, when I had dazzle to my name, a time when my existence was more than justified, that was the time, so blissful, so beautiful and live, it has made me more singular than I ever was. There’s no pain, no anguish, it was a time, when I reached out into myself, and discovered my design. It has changed me so much, cause I killed it with my own hands, I have never looked back without grief; Is it for the best? God only knows. |
